Brief – Birthday Party App (MVP)
I’m building an app to sell birthday party kits, where clients select different services (cake, decoration, food, entertainment, etc.).
Services are provided by external partners, but all bookings go through my platform.

Main Features:
Step-by-step party builder (location, date, guests, theme, etc.)
Fixed kits with fixed prices for each category (e.g., cake, decoration)
Live subtotal calculation after each selection
Final quote page with option to edit before booking
Online booking + partial or full payment

Partner Side:
Partners choose which kits they offer (they don’t set prices)
Receive alerts (via WhatsApp, email, or app) when they get a request
Confirm or reject availability
Most require 50% payment upfront

Admin Side (Me):
I supervise the process and release payments to partners
Ideally, most of the process should be automated

Goal:
A clean, user-friendly web or mobile app MVP that handles the full flow from planning to payment.
