Multi-Dashboard UI Redesign & System
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need our SaaS dashboards completely re-imagined and implemented within a scalable design system that supports both light and dark modes. The first screen you will tackle is the Company Dashboard, then we will move on to Employee, Payroll, Project, and Recruitment views.
Here is the scope in more detail:
• Establish a cohesive design system: colour tokens, typography, grid, spacing, states, and a full library of reusable components ready for hand-off.
• Deliver high-fidelity mock-ups and an interactive prototype that shows every screen in both themes.
• Ensure the Employee Dashboard follows a modern aesthetic, while the other dashboards feel visually consistent with it.
• Provide component documentation so my dev team can implement the design with minimal back-and-forth.
• Need to leave space/accommodate AI recommendation on each one of the dashboard

Send a detailed project proposal that describes your approach, milestones, and the tools you plan to use (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar). Links to relevant past work are welcome but not required—the proposal itself will carry the most weight.
I will review proposals on clarity of process, adherence to our priorities, and how well the deliverables align with our need for a durable, reusable component library.
