Mortgage Website Redesign & Engagement
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m rebuilding my current mortgage site from the ground up in WordPress (with custom PHP where needed). The new build has three equal-weight goals: drive more loan applications, give visitors a friction-free UX, and present a sharper, more memorable brand. My audience spans residential, commercial, and business loan seekers, so every page has to speak clearly to each segment while keeping navigation simple.
Core requirements
• Modern, responsive UI/UX with fast loading landing pages that guide visitors to apply or schedule a call.
• On-page SEO fundamentals baked in from day one—clean code, schema, logical heading structure, and room for future content expansion.
• Bank-level security: SSL, hard-ended forms, spam protection, and secure data hand-off to our CRM.
• Seamless communication options: live text or chat, Calendly scheduling, instant Zoom launch, mail-to email links, and click-to-call on mobile. (If you’ve worked with Twilio, Calendly, or Zoom APIs, mention it.)
• Built in WordPress so my team can update copy, rates, and blog posts without touching code.
Acceptance criteria
1. Fully functional staging site I can explore on desktop and mobile.
2. All communication tools tested end-to-end (chat message delivered, Calendly slot booked, Zoom link generated, etc.).
3. Lighthouse score 90+ on performance and accessibility.
4. Google Search Console shows zero critical SEO errors.
5. Final hand-off includes theme, child theme, and any custom plugin code.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk timeline and milestones.
