Modernize and Redesign Websites: UI/UX + Front-End Dev

Project: Exceptional UI/UX Designer + Advanced Front-End Developer Needed
We are looking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer to modernize our digital platforms. This project will start with one website redesign and expand into long-term work for the right person.
Initial Scope
• Redesign and upgrade one website (test project)
• Upon successful delivery, additional work includes:
o Five more website upgrades
o Internal software UI/UX improvements (dashboards, workflows, user portals)
Required Skills
UI/UX Expertise
• Strong, modern design style
• Ability to simplify and improve complex user flows
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Advanced Front-End Development
• Proficiency in at least one major framework:
o React.js
o Vue.js
o Angular
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Ability to build responsive, fast-loading, visually polished interfaces
• Experience implementing reusable components and clean UI architecture
