Modern Responsive Website UI/UX

I have a new website in the works and need a UI/UX professional who can also translate the visuals into clean, lightweight HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. The priority is a modern, fully responsive interface that feels intuitive on both desktop and mobile.

Scope of work
After a quick discovery chat to align on brand direction, I’ll ask you to design—and then hand-code—the following core pages:
• Beranda
• Tentang Kami
• Hubungi Kami

What I’d like to see from you
• High-fidelity wireframes or mock-ups showing key breakpoints
• A consistent style guide (colors, typography, spacing)
• Final front-end files (HTML5, CSS3 with Flexbox/Grid, minimalist JS for interactions) ready to drop into my back-end stack
• Clear comments so I can extend the code later

Acceptance criteria
1. Layout passes Lighthouse mobile usability checks.
2. Pages render correctly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
3. All assets, fonts, and components are organized and reusable.
