Modern Payment Wall UI/UX Design

I need a clean, modern UI/UX concept a payment wall of an existing feature. The payment wall must be designed in ways that guides the users through steps, encourages conversion, and makes the user aware of his options, how much he/she used and how much usage is remaining. etc. with clear messaging.
Scope
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual language matches a modern aesthetic—ample whitespace, flat icons, micro-interactions no longer than 200 ms.
2. All form fields, validation messages, and error states are covered.
3. Layout resizes gracefully to mobile and desktop viewports.
4. Handoff includes layered Figma
5. Map the user journey from free to pay or subscribe to receipt so I can validate every touchpoint.
6. Produce high-fidelity mock-ups for each scenario.
