Mobile Hen Do Planner Design

Fourteen vibrant sections of a Hen-Do planner need to be brought to life, and I want each page to feel effortless on a phone or tablet without losing impact on desktop. Canva or Figma—whichever flows best for you—will house the build, but the final hand-off must include an editable Canva link plus a press-ready, interactive PDF.

The core of the experience is the interactive layer:
• Single-column checklists that guests can tick on any device
• Smooth progress bars to track planning milestones
• Editable tables for budget, RSVPs, and the running itinerary

Beyond those, I also need a collaborative photo space. A branded QR code or smart link should let guests upload snaps directly into a shared folder so the memories collect themselves while the party’s still going.

Optional (yet appreciated) add-ons: a synced Google Sheets or Notion view for RSVP counts, spend, and timeline. If you have a slick way to plug that in, flag it in your proposal.

Timeline: 30 days from the contract start, with room for one mid-project checkpoint to review usability on iOS and Android.
