Mobile App Performance Test
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need detailed performance feedback on my Android and iOS builds, but with a twist: I want the testing effort centred on the user-facing layer. In other words, I’m after UI-focused performance testing rather than pure backend metrics.
Your main mission is to open the app on a variety of real phones and tablets, push through every screen, and pinpoint any lag, dropped frames, or stutters that break the flow. While load, stress, and scalability metrics may become relevant later, for this round I care most about how smooth the interface feels and—above all—whether every layout element stays perfectly consistent with the design spec.
What I expect from you
• A clear, device-by-device report that calls out layout and design inconsistencies, frame-rate dips, and any transitions that feel sluggish.
• Screen recordings or annotated screenshots to illustrate each finding.
• Reproduction steps and environment notes (OS version, device model, network condition, etc.).
• A concise summary of the overall UI performance health and your top improvement recommendations.
You’re free to use standard toolkits such as Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, or third-party FPS monitors—whatever helps you capture the visual performance story quickly and accurately.
