Minimalist Gaming HUD JS Components
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m building a game that needs a clean, minimalistic heads-up display and I’d like a small JavaScript kit that I can drop straight into my existing codebase. The focus is entirely on HUD menus—think pause, settings, inventory, context pop-ups—rendered in a crisp, low-clutter style that never distracts from the gameplay.
Here’s what matters most to me: the components must be written in modern, framework-agnostic JavaScript (plain ES6 classes or lightweight modules are fine) so they slot into any engine or front-end stack. Each menu should expose a simple API for showing, hiding, and updating content, and the visuals need to be driven by easily overridden CSS variables so other theme options can be added later without touching the logic.
For acceptance I’ll look for:
• A compiled / minified bundle plus readable source
• Clear usage examples in a small HTML demo page
• Documentation of every public method and CSS variable
If you love crafting UI that stays out of the player’s way yet feels polished, let’s talk and get this kit shipped.
