Minimalist Class Management Platform UI

Job ID: 40269074

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD

I’m building a browser-based platform—think Jackrabbit, but fresher—to handle class scheduling, program creation, enrollments, and payments. All I need from you is the design: no coding, no front-end build, just a rock-solid UI/UX foundation.

The look and feel must be unmistakably minimalistic: plenty of white space, clear hierarchy, and a visual system that can scale as new modules roll in. Three core user roles drive every screen you’ll craft—administrators, instructors, and students—so the workflows, dashboards, and permissions need to reflect their very different day-to-day tasks without clutter.

Here’s what the engagement covers:
• High-fidelity, responsive mock-ups for key flows: onboarding, class catalog, calendar views, enrollment, checkout, role-based dashboards, and basic reporting
• A reusable component library with states, interactions, and annotations to guide future developers
• A concise style guide (colors, typography, spacing, iconography) that locks in the minimalist aesthetic
• Clickable prototype (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) showing end-to-end journeys for each role
• Handoff assets packaged and labeled for smooth transition to the development team

I’ll gauge fit primarily through past work, so please link to polished SaaS or dashboard projects you’ve delivered. If you understand how to make complex workflows feel effortless—and you love stripping interfaces down to only what matters—I’d love to see what you can do.
