Essential functionalities include:
- Resource Availability: Monitor who is available and when - resource list, adding skills and roles
- Customer Dashboard: A summary view of Customer metrics with RAG status automatically computed from projects dashboard for the particular customer..
- Project Dashboard: A summary view of project metrics with RAG status automatically computed using formulas/lookup/index/match etc. The sheet should also review go live status and RAG basis GREEN (completion on or before planned end date), AMBER (completed within 10% margin), RED (delayed beyond 10%)
- Project allocation: project list that details all resources needed, their individual start end dates, and capacity.
- Project Resource Tagging: Easily tag and categorize resources - allocate resources from resource list, add capacity allocation, time (start to end), estimated hours (weekly)
- Summary: Charts on capacity available, utilization, at risk projects, project slippage statistics, and Business Unit level metrics
