• Tech in place: React 18 with TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Express/Node, and MongoDB.
• Style assets: rough wireframes plus a basic palette—plenty of room for your creative input.
• Workflow: GitHub, pull-request reviews, and two-week sprints.
Scope of work
1. Redesign key pages for consistency, accessibility, and mobile-first responsiveness.
2. Refactor or replace existing components to improve load time and state management.
3. Establish a reusable design system—colours, typography, spacing, and iconography.
4. Run quick usability checks and iterate from real feedback.
Deliverables
• Updated React components pushed to the repo with clear commit messages.
• Polished styling (Styled-Components, CSS Modules, or your preferred modern approach).
• A concise hand-off note detailing any new packages, build instructions, and breaking changes.
Acceptance criteria
• Lighthouse performance and accessibility scores of 90 + on every page.
• Zero console warnings or lint errors in the production build.
