Loyalz: Android Messaging App for Couples

I want to develop a private Android messaging app called Loyalz, designed exclusively for couples. Each user can connect with only one partner and use secure text messaging, audio/video calling, and end-to-end encryption. A key feature is consent-based access: users can request permission to view each other’s selected phone data like installed apps, contacts, or messages, whatsapp or any app but it should be on the basis of no. Of days selected by partner in which maximum days he can share access is 7 days and then after 7 days the access of sharing will stop and can be again renewed for new days. This access must be mutual, transparent, and revocable at any time and even of any app. The app should include dark mode, chat themes, push notifications, and monetization through a ₹5/month subscription (with 1-month free) and no screen shot and screen recording available, a page should be for memories in which photos can be uploaded by any partner and will be visible to both, and a locker for hiding photos vedious should be present which should be separate for each partner a page for adds should be separate,a page for location of each other , the views of them can give them free next months subscription . A secure admin panel should allow me to monitor users and handle misuse if necessary. I must receive the complete source code, final APK, Play Store upload assistance, and full legal ownership rights, ensuring I don’t face any future technical or legal issues. I prefer to work on milestones:

15% on UI/UX design approval

20% on completion of messaging and calling features

30% on completion of consent system and admin panel

35% on final delivery, Play Store upload, and full source code handover.
