Looking for Frontend Designer(s) to Completely Reskin an Open Source PHP MMORPG

Hey everyone,
I'm running an open source PHP-based Pokémon MMORPG and I'm looking for one or more talented designers/frontend developers to help me completely overhaul the visual design of the site.

What I need:

The entire look and feel of the game needs to change — layouts, color schemes, UI elements, menus, buttons, fonts, , backgrounds, everything the player sees. I want the design to be completely original and uniquely mine, with no leftover resemblance to the default template or any other project using the same engine.

What I don't need:

No changes to the core PHP code, game logic, database structure, or backend functionality. The engine works great as-is. This is purely a visual/frontend job — HTML, CSS, and any templating or theme files.

Ideal skills:
HTML / CSS (strong layout and responsive design skills)
Experience working with PHP template files (you don't need to write PHP, just work around it)
UI/UX design for web-based games
Ability to create or source original assets (icons, backgrounds, UI frames, etc.)
