We are building a next‑generation property management and contractor marketplace platform and are seeking a top‑tier UI/UX Designer to lead the design system, user flows, and visual architecture.

What you will work on:

A modular, investor‑grade SaaS dashboard (Projects, Finance, Procurement, Compliance)

Clean, modern, pixel‑perfect UI layouts

Workflow‑driven design for landlords, contractors, and service providers

Mobile + desktop responsive design

High‑fidelity prototypes for developers and investors

You are:

Experienced in SaaS, dashboards, or marketplace platforms

Strong in information architecture and modular design

Able to turn complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences

Confident presenting to founders, developers, and investors

Fast, decisive, and detail‑obsessed

Bonus:

Experience with construction tech, property tech, or marketplace platforms

Ability to produce world‑class visuals similar to Airbnb, Stripe, or Trade Me
