Lead UI/UX Web Application Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to take a complex B2B web application from functional prototype to a product that feels effortless for end users, and I need a seasoned design partner to make that happen. The work centres on Figma—my preferred environment for collaboration, component libraries and real-time feedback—though experience in Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite is always a plus when files need converting or assets require touch-ups.
The top priority is the user experience flow. We already have granular feature requirements; what’s missing is the holistic journey that ties every screen together, prevents dead ends, and turns heavy workflows into intuitive, satisfying interactions. You’ll own that journey from discovery through polished hand-off.
Core responsibilities
• Run or refine light-weight user research to confirm assumptions and uncover edge cases
• Translate findings into user flows, wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes
• Build and document a scalable design system with reusable components
• Conduct iterative usability testing, then integrate feedback into successive design rounds
• Prepare pixel-perfect mock-ups and annotated specs for engineering
What will set you up for success
• 5+ years leading UI/UX efforts on complex web applications
• Proven mastery of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Strong portfolio pieces that showcase end-to-end thinking, not just visuals
• Comfort presenting and defending decisions to stakeholders and developers
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, responsive behaviour and performance considerations
Acceptance criteria
1. Complete user-validated flow for all core tasks, delivered as clickable Figma prototype
2. A documented design system (typography, colours, spacing, components, states) ready for developer consumption
3. Two rounds of usability testing with report summaries and actionable recommendations
4. Final assets exported and handed off, with clear red-line specs
If designing elegant solutions to thorny problems excites you, let’s talk timelines and start mapping a product experience users will love.
