Law Firm Website Redesign – Creative Lead (UI/UX + Brand Identity)
Budget: $40 – $80 USD
PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER POSTING (LOW-EFFORT OR AUTO-GENERATED BIDS) WILL BE DECLINED
We’re hiring a senior-level designer to lead a full redesign of a law firm website. This role requires ownership across UX, UI, and brand direction.
This is not a basic UI task. We’re looking for someone who understands how to design for trust, authority, and conversion in professional service industries.
Scope:
* End-to-end website UX and UI redesign
* Brand identity refinement (typography, color system, visual language)
* Clear, structured layout with strong hierarchy
* High-quality supporting visuals and assets
Requirements (must have):
* Proven experience with law firms, finance, healthcare, or similar trust-based industries
* Portfolio showing clean, minimal, high-end design work (no template-style work)
* Strong understanding of conversion-focused UX and user psychology
* Ability to lead design direction, not just execute
* Familiar with modern workflows, current tech stacks, and AI-assisted tools
* Uses AI to enhance process and thinking, not replace design fundamentals
Do not apply if:
* Your work is generic, template-based, or lacks depth
* No experience in trust-based industries
* You can’t explain your design decisions clearly
* Heavy reliance on AI-generated outputs
Portfolio Evaluation Criteria:
* Clarity & structure
* Visual quality (typography, spacing, consistency)
* Trust & credibility feel
* UX thinking (flow, usability, conversion intent)
* Attention to detail
Paid Test (shortlisted candidates only):
* 1 homepage section or concept
* Focus on typography, layout, and trust-building
* Fixed payment provided
* Quick turnaround expected
Interview Process (Important):
Shortlisted candidates will go through a live screening:
* 5–6 design/UX questions
* Each answer expected within a few minutes
* Focus on real thinking and decision-making
Answers must be your own. If you’re not comfortable explaining your work clearly and quickly, this role may not be a fit.
Screening Questions (answer in your proposal):
1. Pick one project from your portfolio and explain:
* What was the core UX problem?
* What specific design decisions improved trust and clarity?
2. How would you structure a law firm homepage? (List sections + purpose)
3. What typography and spacing approach would you use for a high-trust legal brand, and why?
4. Which AI tools do you actually use in your workflow, and at what stage?
5. How do you ensure your designs are developer-friendly and ready for handoff?
To apply:
* Share 2–3 relevant projects only
* Answer the screening questions above
* List your tools/workflow (including AI tools)
* Include availability and rate
* Start your proposal with “Clarity”
* Include the word “Structure” somewhere in your answers
