Laravel Script Customization & Extension -- 4

Project Overview
I already have an existing Laravel-based project/script.
This project must be fully modified, upgraded, and customized to work exactly the same as the provided video reference.
UI, UX, layout, colors, animations, workflow, and all functionalities must be 100% identical to the reference video.
No demo, no partial implementation, no “similar” design is acceptable.
1. Authentication System (Strict Requirement)
Mobile-Based Authentication Only
Completely remove email-based login / signup / reset
Authentication must be mobile number based only
Country Phone Code Support
Login & signup must support ALL countries
Country selector with:
Country name
Flag
Phone code (e.g. +91, +1, +44, etc.)
User must be able to select country code during signup & login
Google Authenticator (2FA)
Google Authenticator must be mandatory for:
Login
Signup
Password Reset
Withdrawals
Fund Transfer
QR code based setup
OTP verification for every sensitive action
2. Multi-Language System (Mandatory)
Multi-language support required
Language change option available on:
Login page
Signup page
Inside dashboard
Language Features:
Easy language switch (dropdown / button)
System must remember selected language
All text should be dynamic (no hard-coded language)
Languages should be expandable from admin panel.
3. Wallet System & Fund Management
Deposit System
Automatic USDT Deposit (BEP20)
Wallet balance auto-update after blockchain confirmation
Deposit history & status tracking
Withdrawal System
Withdrawal request with:
Google Authenticator OTP
Admin approval system
Complete withdrawal records

5. Admin Panel (Complete Control Required)
Admin panel must provide full control over:

Referral & team income tracking
Admin panel must be secure, clean, and easy to manage.
6. UI / UX Design Requirement (Very Strict)
100% same UI as video reference
Same:
Colors
Layout
Fonts
Icons
Animations
Transitions
Fully mobile responsive (Android & iOS)
“Similar design” is NOT acceptable
It must be pixel-perfect same-to-same

9. Timeline & Budget (Final)
Deadline: 10 January (Strict)
Budget: ₹10,000 INR (Fixed)
No deadline extensions
Final Notes (Very Important)
Developer must review video reference before accepting
Apply only if you can:
Deliver 100% same UI & functionality
Work confidently with Laravel
Handle wallet, transfer & 2FA logic
Incomplete or delayed delivery will not be accepted
