Laravel Panel Overhaul

I'm looking for an experienced PHP Laravel developer to enhance my existing panel.

Requirements include:
- Add a 'Super Master' login with:
- Different user permissions
- Separate dashboard
- Special access features
- Redesign existing panels (Master, Admin, Super, Seller) including:
- User Interface
- Layout and Navigation
- Color Schemes and Fonts
- Implement new setting rules like a payment due option
- Fix existing bugs

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in PHP and Laravel
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Experience with complex user permission systems
- Bug fixing and code optimization
