Inventory & Invoicing App Design & Frontend
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I already run a fully-featured, responsive web portal for inventory management and now need that experience translated into a clean, minimalist mobile app that works flawlessly on both iPhone and Android. Every current portal function must carry over, but I also want three improvements baked in from day one: push notifications, true offline mode (with automatic sync the moment connectivity returns), and optional payment enablement at checkout.
Order processing is the heart of the app, so the screens, flows, and micro-interactions should keep pick-pack-ship tasks lightning fast. The web portal’s screenshots attached will give you a feel for the data and flow; they’re reference only—I’m counting on you to evolve the look into a crisp, clutter-free interface that feels native on both platforms.
Deliverables
• UX/UI designs (mobile first, minimalist)
• Front-end build for iOS and Android (React Native, Flutter, or similar cross-platform stack)
• Implementation of push notifications, offline data layer with conflict resolution, and payment module hooks
• Connected to my existing backend via current REST/GraphQL endpoints
• Final test build and hand-off with clear install/run instructions
Acceptance criteria
1. All existing web portal functions reproduce 1:1 in the mobile app.
2. Additionally Online order section to be added on the home page, with status update and fulfilling the same order using existing screen.
3. App remains fully usable without network and syncs seamlessly when back online.
4. Push notifications trigger when new order is received.
5. UI passes usability checks against minimalist design guidelines.
6. Builds submitted to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing with no critical bugs.
If this scope excites you and you have a solid track record shipping production-ready cross-platform apps, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
Once the project is awarded, you can signup on the portal to run through the currently functionality to ensure the delivery is aligned with current setup.
