Interactive Seating Chart Developer

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create an interactive seating chart. The charts need to be easily navigable, and can be either daisy-chained or non-daisy-chained.

Requirements:
- Must have multiple charts interconnected ('daisy chain')
- Must have non-daisy chain charts
- Must have easy, intuitive movement between charts (click navigation and/or drag-and-drop)
- Must have options for color-coding and customizable options

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with interactive UI/UX design
- Proficiency in web development
- Strong understanding of user navigation and experience design
