Insurance Portal UX Design (Web+App)

Job ID: 40188588

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m building a public-facing insurance portal to serve agents and brokers on both desktop browsers and a companion mobile app. The single, overriding goal is to streamline the claims process, and the first touchpoint for that journey is an ultra-fast policy search—every other screen should revolve around it.

Here’s what I need from you: map the entire user journey for an agent who logs in, finds a policy in seconds, initiates or tracks a claim, and manages client details without ever feeling lost. You’ll translate that journey into clean information architecture, responsive wireframes and an interactive prototype. Figma is my preferred workspace, that’s fine as long as the files hand off smoothly to my dev team.

Deliverables
• Sitemap and user-flow diagrams for web and mobile breakpoints
• Low- and high-fidelity wireframes covering search, claim submission, claim status, and client profile screens
• Clickable prototype that demonstrates the entire flow end-to-end
• Basic style guide (fonts, colours, component states) to keep developers aligned

Acceptance criteria
• Agents locate any policy in three clicks or fewer
• All primary actions are reachable with one thumb on mobile
• Prototype tested on a modern browser plus iOS & Android devices with no layout breaks

If this aligns with your expertise, let’s talk timelines and milestones so we can get the first interactive draft in front of real users quickly.
