Insurance Claim Page Updates
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’ve got a working insurance site, but the Claim submission page needs a quick refresh. On the frontend I want three things:
• Smoother UI/UX that keeps the look consistent with the rest of the site.
• A few form field tweaks—adding, removing, or re-ordering inputs so customers can file claims faster.
• Minor wording and content edits for clarity.
Once those visual fixes are in place, I also need the updated form to tie back into the current backend endpoint so data still saves exactly as it does now—no disruptions to existing workflows.
