Indonesian ERP UI/UX Figma Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an in-house team ready to develop a web-based ERP platform, but we still need a complete UI/UX concept created directly in Figma. Because much of our collaboration will happen in Bahasa Indonesia and on local working hours, I prefer to work with a designer based in Indonesia.
Scope
• Map key screens for core ERP modules (dashboard, data tables, forms, reports, settings, login, etc.).
• Build low-fidelity wireframes first, then full high-fidelity mock-ups and an interactive Figma prototype.
• Establish a reusable design system (color tokens, typography scale, components, variants).
• Supply clear user flows so the dev team understands every interaction and state.
• Package final deliverables in an organised Figma file ready for developer hand-off, including style guide and exportable assets.
What I can share right away: the list of modules, user roles, feature priorities, and a rough sitemap. Brand colours and logos are still flexible, so feel free to propose a palette and visual direction you believe fits a modern yet professional design
Acceptance
The work is considered complete once the prototype covers all listed screens, components are fully linked, and my engineering lead confirms everything can be implemented without guesswork. Two iterations for fine-tuning are included.
Turnaround
Ideally the first wireframe pass is ready within one week of kickoff, with final polished designs two weeks after feedback.
