Incident Logging Tool Development

I am building a court-oriented incident documentation platform designed for attorneys and high-conflict co-parenting cases.

This is not a generic logging tool. The system must:

* Structure incidents into court-admissible timelines
* Allow filtering by child involvement, severity, category, and impact
* Generate clean, neutral, report-ready summaries

Current stack:

* Bubble (no-code)
* Database already partially structured
* Basic filtering and reporting already implemented

What I need:

* Help refining filter logic (multi-conditional filtering without breaking performance)
* Structuring report outputs for legal readability
* Guidance on scaling architecture (not a full rebuild yet)

Ideal candidate:

* Strong Bubble experience
* Experience with reporting dashboards or legal/medical documentation tools
* Ability to think in terms of systems and workflows, not just UI

This is a refinement and scaling project—not a build-from-scratch app.
