Full-Stack Multi-Category Grocery & Subscription Commerce App (React Native + Admin Panel )

We are building KisaanKart — a multi-vendor, multi-category commerce platform focused on fresh groceries, dairy subscriptions, and courier deliveries. Initially launching in Hyderabad with plans to expand across 2–3 states.
Important: This project starts from scratch. UI/UX design must be done first, then development.
What We Need:

Complete screen design for all 3 apps — Seller App, Customer App, Admin Panel. Clean, modern, premium feel. Similar to Blinkit/Swiggy UX quality.

Category 1 — Groceries & Vegetables
• Express delivery (within 20 minutes)
• Slot-based delivery (Today / Tomorrow)
• Live order management for seller
Category 2 — Dairy & Daily Essentials
• Prepaid subscriptions (fixed days — 30/60 days)
• Postpaid subscriptions (recurring, seller sets billing date)
• Pause / Skip / Resume / Cancel subscription
• Invoice generated automatically on billing date
• Express + Normal delivery also supported
Category 3 — Healthy Food & Plans
• Plan-based subscriptions (e.g. 5-day meal plan)
• Progress tracking per plan
• Invoice generated after plan completion or all deliveries done
• Prepaid and postpaid both supported
Category 4 — Courier & Local Delivery
• Integration with courier partners (Shiprocket or similar)
• Manual courier option for sellers
• Prepaid and postpaid orders
• Advance payment required for postpaid manual couriers
• Express and normal delivery also supported

• React Native (CLI, not Expo) for both mobile apps
• Scalable backend (Node.js preferred)
• Real-time updates for live/express orders
• Payment gateway integration (Razorpay or similar, UPI deep link)
• Courier API integration (Shiprocket or similar)
• Role-based access control for staff
• Push notifications
• Geolocation for delivery distance
Timeline: Maximum 2 months (realistic based on scope discussion)
Location: Remote. Developer must communicate clearly in English or Telugu
