House Letting App & Web
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m building a modern, Spare-Room–style marketplace where landlords and tenants can connect effortlessly on iOS, Android, and the web. Before a single line of code ships, I need a polished, modern-and-trendy UI/UX that feels instantly familiar to everyday renters yet powerful enough for professional hosts.
Core features to be designed and built:
• User profiles for both landlords and tenants
• Robust search and filtering for available properties, including city or specific-quarter targeting
• In-app messaging so parties negotiate without leaving the platform
• Transparent pricing display plus optional “Top Listing” adverts to boost visibility
• Landlord verification workflow to maintain trust and safety
• Comprehensive admin dashboard for content, user, and payment oversight
Flow, typography, and colour choices should stay clean and contemporary, with intuitive navigation throughout. I’m open to Figma, Sketch, or similar for wireframes and prototypes, then prefer a single codebase approach (Flutter or React Native) or truly native builds if you can justify the trade-offs. The web app must share the same design language and connect to a unified backend.
Deliverables
1. High-fidelity UI/UX prototypes for mobile and web, ready for user testing
2. Full front-end and back-end development for iOS, Android, and responsive web
3. Admin dashboard, APIs, payment gateway integration, and landlord-verification module
4. QA, deployment to App Store, Google Play, and a cloud host of our choice
5. Handover of source code, design files, and concise technical documentation
Acceptance criteria will be simple: the flow from account creation to successful booking must complete without errors, load times under three seconds on 4G, and the admin dashboard must surface real-time metrics.
If you’ve shipped similar marketplace platforms and can own UI, UX, and full-stack delivery end-to-end, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
