High-Converting Real Estate Landing Page

We are looking for a skilled WordPress developer to design and develop a high-converting landing page for our real estate brand, Homez & Own.
The developer will be responsible for building the landing page from scratch, including design, content structuring, and development. The goal is to create a modern, visually appealing, and conversion-focused page that generates leads.
Scope of Work:
Design and develop a complete landing page (UI + UX + development)
Create or structure engaging content (headlines, sections, CTAs)
Select or suggest relevant images/graphics
Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast loading speed
Integrate lead capture forms (inquiry/booking forms)
Optimize for conversions (clear CTA, layout, user flow)
Requirements:
Strong experience with WordPress (Elementor or similar builder preferred)
Good understanding of UI/UX and landing page psychology
Ability to work independently without constant guidance
Experience in creating high-converting landing pages
Deliverables:
Fully functional WordPress landing page
Responsive design (mobile/tablet/desktop)
Clean and optimized structure ready for lead generation
