High Conversion Web and App UI

I want to overhaul the UX and UI of both my website and its companion mobile app so every screen nudges users toward the actions that matter—sign-ups, purchases, and repeat visits.

Scope
• Map key user journeys and pinpoint friction points that hurt conversions today.
• Produce page-by-page wireframes and mobile-first layouts, followed by polished, responsive mock-ups.
• Build an interactive prototype in Figma or Adobe XD so I can click through every flow before hand-off.
• Supply a concise style guide (fonts, colors, spacing, button states) so my dev team can implement the design consistently.

Requirements & Tools
• Prior experience designing for both website and mobile app interfaces.
• Strong grasp of conversion-centered tactics: clear hierarchy, persuasive micro-copy, streamlined forms, and prominent CTAs.
• Designs must feel modern, load fast, and meet basic accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Timeline
I need the full design package ready within a month.
