Healthcare Compliance Software – UI/UX
Budget: $150 – $500 USD
I am seeking an experienced UI/UX designer or product-focused developer to help create visual mockups and workflow representations for a healthcare compliance support tool.
This project is early-stage and focused on:
Visualizing clinical documentation workflows
Designing modal pop-ups / prompts within an existing EMR-style interface
Creating side-by-side before/after documentation visuals
Translating written requirements into clean, professional UI screens
This is not an EMR build and does not require access to real patient data.
Design 2–4 static UI mockups (desktop-first)
Create a modal/pop-up interface that supports clinical documentation workflows
Produce before vs after visual comparisons (documentation improvement concept)
Deliverables may include:
PNG or PDF mockups
Optional Figma or similar design files
Experience with healthcare, clinical, or enterprise software UI preferred
Strong understanding of form-based workflows
Ability to design clean, minimal, professional interfaces
Comfortable working from written specifications
HIPAA awareness is a plus (no PHI will be shared)
What Will Be Provided
Clear written descriptions of workflows
Example screenshots for layout inspiration
Branding guidance (colors, tone, simplicity)
What Will NOT Be Shared
Proprietary algorithms
Regulatory logic
Source code
Protected health information
Short-term / fixed-scope
Potential for follow-up work
