We are developing ND Health, an agentic AI wellness chatbot that integrates device data, provides personalized health insights, and connects users to care and products. We are seeking a skilled freelancer with experience in AI, API integrations, and health tech platforms to assist in building core functionalities.

Scope of Work

1. Device Data Integration

Connect multiple health monitoring devices (breath analyzer, wearable ring, CGM sugar patch, etc.).

Standardize and process real-time readings for AI-driven interpretation.



2. Dynamic Nutrition Advisory

Build logic to generate personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations based on device data, user profiles, and Ayurvedic/modern nutrition inputs.

Ensure adaptability for diverse dietary preferences (Indian cuisines, vegetarian, etc.).



3. Nutraceutical Push & E-Commerce Integration

Seamlessly connect the chatbot to NDHealth.shop.

Enable contextual product recommendations (nutraceuticals, supplements, wellness kits) within chat flow.



4. Appointment & Call Scheduling

Implement triggers for advisor consultation when consistently high or abnormal readings are detected.

Integration with calendar/tele-consultation platforms (Zoom/Teams/Telemedicine APIs).



5. Emergency SOS Protocols

Auto-detect extreme or critical health events.

Trigger SOS alerts to pre-set contacts or emergency services.




Required Skills

Strong expertise in API integration (health wearables, IoT, telemedicine).

AI/ML experience in recommendation systems and personalization.

Experience with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, or equivalent).

Knowledge of secure healthcare data handling (HIPAA/GDPR compliance preferred).

Familiarity with e-commerce integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom API).

Functional nutrition advisory engine with dynamic response capability.

E-commerce push workflow.

Appointment trigger and SOS functionality tested on sandbox environment.
