HRMS Redesign, Upgrade & Deployment.
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I already have the complete source code for a fully-functional HRMS that runs both as a web application and as companion mobile apps. The core is stable, but the look, feel and feature-set now need a serious refresh before we roll it out to users.
Design overhaul
• Scope: Both the UI and the underlying UX flows must be revisited.
• Style: I’m aiming for a professional, modern interface that still feels colourful and vibrant. Think clean typography, intuitive navigation and a palette that brings life without overwhelming corporate users.
Feature upgrades
• Location-based login so employees can only clock in from approved sites.
• Flexible approval hierarchies that allow multi-level sign-offs and dynamic routing.
• AI-driven insights (for example, predictive leave trends or anomaly detection) to surface actionable data for HR managers.
Deployment
Once the redesign and new modules are integrated, I’ll need the solution compiled, tested and deployed to production for both the web app and the iOS/Android builds. Straightforward CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket or similar) are preferred so future updates stay painless.
Acceptance criteria
1. New UI/UX matches the agreed mock-ups across all screens.
2. Location lock, hierarchy rules and AI analytics work end-to-end in staging and production.
3. Web and mobile apps pass QA with no show-stopper bugs and are released to the respective servers/stores.
4. A short hand-over document and walkthrough video explaining the changes, build process and environment variables.
If you have solid experience modernising existing codebases and rolling out cross-platform releases, your input will be invaluable.
