Grocery Delivery Mobile App

I'm looking for a developer to create a mobile app for grocery delivery in our town. The primary function of the app will be to allow customers to browse and order groceries.

Key Requirements:
- User Role: Customers only
- Primary Functionality: Browse and order groceries
- Payment Methods: Cash on delivery, UPI

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing mobile apps, preferably in the e-commerce or delivery sector
- Proficiency in integrating multiple payment methods, especially UPI
- Strong UI/UX design skills to ensure a user-friendly browsing and ordering experience
- Ability to deliver on time and within budget
