Full-time UI/UX Designer for E-commerce Platform

We are looking for a dedicated UI/UX Designer to work full-time on our ongoing e-commerce platform development. The engagement will require approximately 7–8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with close collaboration with our product and development teams.

All design work will be created and maintained in Figma, adhering to modern UI/UX standards while also introducing innovative and creative design ideas that enhance user engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert product and business requirements into complete user flows, page designs, and end-to-end portal concepts

Design high-quality, well-structured Figma files optimized for mobile-first experiences, including proper handling of iOS and Android design considerations

Participate in a short daily sync call for alignment, followed by coordination sessions with developers to clarify interactions, hand-offs, and edge cases

Support iterative design improvements based on feedback and development constraints

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English

Solid understanding of e-commerce UX, user engagement, and conversion-focused design

Ability to work collaboratively with developers and make quick, informed design decisions

Weekly Deliverables

Interactive Figma prototypes for newly designed pages or features

Updates to the design system, components, and tokens

Mobile-first layouts with tablet adaptations

Brief documentation or notes to support the development team
