Full Web Front-End Redesign

I am moving an existing Eclipse-based desktop GUI to a browser-first experience and I want the entire user journey re-imagined rather than copied. The new interface will be placed directly in the hands of end customers, so every screen must feel welcoming, self-explanatory and consistent with a modern, clean design language.

This project does does not entail redesigning our entire GUI, just a subset that my team and I found to be a good starting point.

This does not require JavaScript or any other development/coding process, this is purely UI/UX design, using application such as Figma, Adobe, or whatever design software you are most familiar with.

Supplying corresponding HTML and CSS would be a huge benefit.

Our product is currently a desktop application, and would like to see designs that are also a (Web based) desktop application.
