Full UI Redesign & Responsiveness -- 2

My current web application works well on the back-end, yet the front-end doesn't feel up to standard. I want to replace the existing interface with a modern, intuitive design and make every pages look good.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Create a fresh visual concept for the entire site (there is existing UI in the website, you’ll need to redesign the pages based on existing pages).
• Translate the approved mock-ups into clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and the Next/React JS framework. You will need to develop the front-end to match the design using existing back-end APIs.
• Ensure flawless behaviour on mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
• Hand off final assets and code ready to drop into the existing back-end repository.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Visual consistency with the approved design.
• Code quality and ease of handover (comments, logical structure, reusable components).
