Full Portal Modern UX Overhaul

Our portal—https://aqua-forge-buddy.lovable.app—does everything it should, yet the interface feels dated. I want every screen rebuilt so the product projects a clean, modern-minimal look and a smoother flow. The goal is purely visual: fresh typography, generous white space, refined colour palette and consistent components across the entire journey.
You will start with a quick audit of the existing experience, then move through wireframes to polished, responsive mock-ups. Homepage, dashboard, user profiles, settings and every modal or micro-interaction need equal attention; nothing should keep its current skin.
Deliverables
• Full user-flow map and updated sitemap
• Low-fidelity wireframes for every unique screen
• High-fidelity, responsive designs in Figma (or similar) plus a clickable prototype
• Style guide covering colours, fonts, iconography and reusable UI elements
• Dev-ready asset export with clear annotations
Acceptance criteria
1. All legacy functionality remains intact but wrapped in a modern-minimal aesthetic.
2. Designs are fully responsive and pass a basic usability test with at least two sample users.
3. Source files and assets are delivered in an organised Figma project alongside PDF snapshots.
