FountainDepot UX & Mobile Overhaul

Job ID: 40443101

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

FountainDepot.com is already live and taking orders, yet several experience gaps remain that hold back conversions. My first and most pressing objective is rock-solid mobile responsiveness—especially the navigation menu, which currently frustrates shoppers on smaller screens. Alongside that, I want a fresher, more conversion-focused desktop layout, smoother UI interactions, faster page loads, and clearer product-to-checkout flow.

Here is the scope in practical terms:
• Re-engineer the mobile nav so it feels instant, intuitive, and thumb-friendly.
• Apply a unified responsive grid and typography system that keeps every page readable and attractive from phone to widescreen monitor.
• Modernise product pages and the checkout so key actions are obvious, form fields auto-align, and load times beat current benchmarks.
• Polish the overall look—subtle animations, consistent iconography, balanced white space—without bloating the codebase.
• Audit speed, implement lazy loading or code splitting where it brings measurable gains, then retest.

Please send a detailed project proposal outlining your process, relevant experience, and the checkpoints you would use to prove the upgrades work in production. I will compare proposals on clarity of approach, tangible UX metrics you target, and how you plan to keep the live store selling while work is in progress.
