I am looking for an experienced Formaloo professional to help streamline and automate various business processes, specifically within our Sales and Customer Support departments.
Scope of Work:

- Design user-friendly interfaces aimed at facilitating automation across different business segments.
Key Areas for Automation:
- Sales: Primarily focusing on lead management automation.
- Customer Support: Aiming to automate the ticketing system, customer feedback collection, and response automation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Formaloo with a proven track record of setting up dashboards and interfaces.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Support process automation.
- Ability to fine-tune concepts based on provided materials, such as the linked Miro board.
