Flutter Loyalty Points Tracker App

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to create the first full version of our mobile application "Puanım" – a loyalty points system for small and medium-sized businesses (cafes, restaurants, hotels, shops).

The app will have two main user roles:

Customers → Earn and track points, view offers, redeem rewards.

Business Owners → Manage customers’ points, create campaigns, view analytics.

Our goal is to launch Version 1 directly, not just an MVP, so the app must be polished, stable, and ready for real user adoption.

Features – Customer Side:
User Registration & Login (Firebase Authentication – email, password, optional phone login).

QR Code Scanner to earn points at partner businesses.

Points & Status Tracking (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP).

Campaign & Offers List with detailed descriptions and expiry dates.

Transaction History (earned points, redeemed points).

Profile Settings (edit personal details, profile photo).

Push Notifications for new offers and status updates.

Features – Business Owner Side:
Business Profile Management (logo, description, contact info).

Customer Points Management (add/deduct points).

Campaign Management (create, edit, delete promotions).

Basic Analytics Dashboard (most active customers, points issued, points redeemed).

QR Code Generator for customers to scan.

Technical Requirements:
Flutter cross-platform (iOS & Android).

Backend: Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions).

Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

Clean, responsive UI following modern design principles.

Scalable and maintainable code with documentation.
