FiveM Loader Developer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a Windows-based loader application for FiveM.
Requirements:
Windows desktop application.
Clean and modern UI.
Load button that allows users to browse and select a Lua file from their PC.
Execute button that runs the selected Lua script.
Support for loading different Lua scripts, not just one specific file.
Interface should be similar to existing FiveM loaders, but with a more polished and professional design.
Fast performance and stable operation.
I already have the menu/script files that will be used with the application, so I only need the loader developed.
