Finalize ESG SaaS Platform
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
My ESG reporting SaaS is feature-complete in every area except few:
* I need a robust, advanced analytics dashboard that turns the data we already collect into clear KPIs, charts, and drill-downs.
* Data upload through Excel or CSV templates
* Building final reporting engine.
* Adding a few more features as per industry requirements.
Once that is in place the whole interface must be tightened up so it feels like a modern, clean, professional-grade tool.
The current staging build works, but the visual design and overall user flow are inconsistent. I want typography, spacing, colour palette, and component styling refreshed, and the screen hierarchy streamlined so new and power users alike can move through the platform without friction. High-fidelity mock-ups in Figma (or a comparable tool you prefer) should come first so we can sign them off before you code.
When the dashboard and new UI are merged, the final step is production hardening: cross-browser and mobile testing, performance optimisation, bug fixes, and a clean CI/CD pipeline so pushing to production is a single command.
Deliverables
1. Advanced analytics dashboard fully integrated with existing APIs on the staging server
2. Updated UI that matches approved mock-ups and improves user flow
3. Bulk data upload feature
4. Report generation engine
5. Adding specific Features (Will be discussed before onboarding)
6. Comprehensive test report (unit, integration, end-to-end) with all checks passing
7. Production-ready and GDPR complaint code in our Git repository plus deployment instructions
I work iteratively—dashboard first, then design overhaul, then testing and hand-off—using daily Slack updates and a weekly Zoom demo to stay aligned. If you have launched a SaaS product before, especially in ESG, analytics, or finance, share a link and outline how you would tackle this final stretch. Keeping the budget as low, (We will decide the final amount before onboarding, no budget issue for the right work but it should justify the work being done.)
