Figma → Website UI Implementation (Bootstrap) + PHP Backend/API Updates

Implement my website UI/UX from Figma (pixel-perfect + responsive) and complete required PHP backend/API updates. Scope was written by a dev who already worked on our vendor panel and reviewed the backend.

Stack: PHP, Bootstrap, jQuery, Cloudflare CDN.

Scope includes:
• Login/OTP signup + password reset/email verify
• Full purchase flow: age gate, location, homepage/categories, product list/details, cart, payment UI, success
• Order live tracking (new module), cancellation popups, reviews/ratings
• Content pages: About/Partners/Affiliate/Contact/Blog/FAQ/Privacy/Terms
• Profile: edit profile, order history, wallet, payment method, help center (admin changes), in-app chat (from scratch), delete account
• Driver: profile/reviews + ID verification page/status popups

Deliverables:
Responsive UI matching Figma + API integration + tested flows + source code + setup notes.
