UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, making you extremely instrumental in our product’s success. The ideal candidate is a Figma power user who views design systems as a living language and has a passion for turning complex problems into elegant, user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from initial wireframes and low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Prototyping: Build advanced, clickable prototypes in Figma to test user flows and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Design System Management: Maintain and scale our Figma component library, ensuring consistency across all platforms (Web, iOS, and Android).
• User Research: Conduct usability testing and gather qualitative/quantitative data to inform design iterations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoffs.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Figma Mastery: Deep expertise in Figma is non-negotiable. You should be proficient with Auto Layout, Variables, Components/Variants, and Prototyping.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and final visual polish.
• Visual Design: A keen eye for typography, color theory, grid systems, and spacing.
• Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and receive constructive feedback with a growth mindset.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Figma plugins and workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with developers.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
