We’re seeking a creative and analytical UI/UX Consultant to elevate user experience across our technology-driven initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive, engaging digital interfaces that drive adoption and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with product managers, UI developers, and QA to ensure seamless implementation
Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards
Optimize user journeys and workflows for clarity, efficiency, and engagement
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for alignment and feedback
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or consulting for digital products
Proficiency in Figma design tool
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web, mobile and analytics platforms
Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency
Ability to synthesize complex information into elegant design solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
