Experienced AppSheet Developer Needed – Production Operations & Finance System (Milestone-Based)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are building a production-grade internal operations system using Google AppSheet + Google Sheets as the single source of truth.
This is not an idea-stage project.
The data model, screens, roles, flows, and milestones are already defined in detail.
We are looking for an experienced AppSheet developer who can execute, not design from scratch.

✅ Complete Statement of Work (SOW) ready
✅ Backend sheet structure fully defined
✅ Role-based screen map completed
✅ Operational flows clearly specified (attendance → booking → cash → payments → payroll → finance)
✅ Milestone plan finalized (USD 200 total)
What is required now is implementation, refinement, and go-live execution.
This project requires live, incremental delivery, not end-of-project dumps.

•Internal customer booking intake (no customer-facing app)
• Daily attendance & workforce availability
• Scheduling, driver & cleaner execution
• Cash handling, petty cash, tips tracking
• Digital payments via Telr (payment links)
• Invoice generation & tracking
• QuickBooks integration for accounting
• HR payroll governance
• Asset tracking with QR codes (bags, machines, materials)
• System logs, config flags & auditability

What You Will Be Doing
• Build the AppSheet app inside our account
• Connect and enforce our existing Google Sheets data model
• Implement role-based security (views, slices, actions)
• Deliver functional milestones, not mock screens
• Enable cash, payments, and invoices live by Milestone 3
• Implement asset accountability (issue → return → job → cleaner)
• Participate in daily progress reporting

• ❌ Redesigning the data model
• ❌ Suggesting “alternative tools”
• ❌ Creating the app in your own account
• ❌ Using placeholder or demo logic
• ❌ Delivering everything only at the end

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Please do NOT apply unless you meet all of the following:
1. Proven AppSheet experience (minimum 2–3 real projects)
2. Ability to demonstrate:
o Complex AppSheet apps
o Role-based security
o Multi-sheet workflows
3. Loom video or live AppSheet demo link showing:
o Apps you built
o Data model complexity
o Real usage (not tutorials)
4. Comfortable with:
o Google Sheets as backend
o Payment flows
o Incremental delivery
5. Willing to work under:
o Milestone-based payments
o Daily progress reporting
o Clear acceptance criteria
Applications without Loom/demo proof will be ignored.

Milestones & Engagement Model
• Total budget: USD 200 (Negotiable for Serious AppSheet Developers)
• Paid strictly by milestones
• Payments released only after acceptance
• Either party may stop after any milestone
• No ownership retained by the developer
