I’m ready to give my desktop application a thorough user-experience makeover. The core features work well, yet the interface feels dated and slows people down in places. My objective is simple: streamline every key task so users can move through the app smoothly, confidently, and without second-guessing what to do next.

From there, translate your findings into low-fidelity wireframes that rethink navigation, screen hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
