Engaging Mobile App UI/UX

I’m developing a mobile app and need a UI/UX specialist who can translate our vision into an interface that genuinely boosts user engagement. The core screens are sketched, but I want them refined into an intuitive, visually appealing flow that keeps people coming back.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Creating high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma or Adobe XD are fine—use whichever you’re fastest with).
• Establishing a consistent design system: colour palette, typography, iconography and micro-interactions that reinforce engagement.
• Supplying all assets and hand-off documentation ready for developers, including responsive specs and component states.
