Project Overview
Embodier.ai seeks a highly skilled UI/UX designer to create a modern, clean, and mobile-first redesign of our entire SaaS compliance platform. The redesign covers public-facing website pages, user member areas, admin and operations panels, and backend interfaces. The goal is to deliver a Tesla and Apple-inspired user experience that is intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible across all devices.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed product workflows and user needs.

Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for all major application facets.

Design a consistent visual language including color palette, typography, iconography, and UI components.

Ensure mobile-first responsive design with pixel-perfect breakpoints.

Incorporate accessibility best practices (WCAG AA).

Produce a comprehensive design system and style guide for future development.

Provide assets and specifications for seamless developer handoff.

Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Deliverables
Complete wireframe sets for:

Public website (homepage, scan page, pricing, video library)

User panel (dashboard, scan upload, training hub, billing)

Admin panel (user management, compliance catalog, analytics)

Backend/operations (webhook monitoring, workflow dashboard, API docs)

Interactive prototypes (Figma preferred)

Design system including UI components, color palette, typography, and iconography

Responsive design specifications for desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints

Accessibility compliance documentation

Developer handoff package (assets, style guide, interaction notes)

Required Skills
Proven experience designing SaaS platforms with complex user flows

Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping

Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles

Familiarity with Tesla, Apple, or Nordic minimalist design aesthetics

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG AA)

Ability to create design systems and component libraries

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with developer handoff processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing compliance, security, or enterprise SaaS products

Familiarity with no-code platforms like Wix Studio is a plus
