WIN UI/UX Customization
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We are developing a sovereign, end-to-end encrypted enterprise messaging platform (on-premise, zero cloud). We need a talented UI/UX designer and front-end developer to:
1.Create a full graphic identity (logo, color palette, typography, icon set, design system)
2.Design and build 17 interactive screens as a fully browsable prototype on Firefox / Windows 11
3.Deliver clean, modern, professional UI inspired by WhatsApp Desktop aesthetics but adapted for a secure enterprise environment
We need a purely front-end simulation with static/mock data — no real messaging behavior needed. All states (read receipts, encryption badges, presence indicators) will be hardcoded/mocked. A separate back-end engineer will handle the live engine integration later.
PHASE 1 — Graphic Identity (Deliverable before screens)
Logo design (SVG + PNG, light & dark versions)
Color palette (primary, secondary, accent, status colors)
Typography selection (font pair for UI)
Icon set (custom or adapted — encrypted, shield, destruct, schedule, location, reports, admin icons)
Design tokens / style guide document (PDF or Figma)
Dark theme + Light theme variables
PHASE 2 — UI Design (Figma or Adobe XD)
Full design of all 17 screens
PHASE 3 — Front-End Build (Browsable Prototype)
Built in HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript (or React — your choice)
Must run locally and be fully browsable on Firefox (latest) / Windows 11
No backend required — static/mock data is fine
All 17 screens must be clickable and navigable
Responsive to 1920x1080 and 1440x900 screen resolutions
Sidebar navigation, modals, popups, tooltips must all function
Smooth transitions between screens
DESIGN STYLE REQUIREMENTS
Inspiration: WhatsApp Desktop (dark theme, clean bubbles, left sidebar chat list)
Tone: Professional, secure, enterprise-grade
Theme: Dark mode primary (with light mode option)
Key visual elements to include:
o E2E encryption badge (always visible)
o Green secure connection indicator
o Auto-destruct timer visual
o Scheduled message indicator
o Server connection status bar
o Avatar initials (no photos, enterprise style)

TECHNICAL CONSTRAINTS

✅ No external API calls or CDN dependencies (must work offline)
✅ All fonts must be embedded locally
✅ No backend, no database — mock/static data only
❌ No Chrome-only CSS features
❌ No cloud-hosted assets
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Strong portfolio in enterprise SaaS / messaging app UI
Experience with dark theme design systems
Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/JS or React
Familiarity with WhatsApp / Slack / Teams UI patterns
Able to work from partial specifications and fill in gaps creatively
Experience creating brand identity from scratch is a strong plus
Good English communication (French is a bonus)
